When players who are on the IR are given the designated to return status (IR-DTR) by their team, they are losing their IR status in ottoneu instead of when (or if) they are actually activated by their teams. See Westbrook, Woodhead, Fiedorowicz, for examples. Is this the intended behavior?

This has been fixed - IR-R or IR-DTR should be considered the same as the IR until the player actually returns to their NFL team’s active roster.
