I’m interested. I’ve played a lot of fantasy baseball and have been a commissioner a long time. Unfortunately our keeper league no longer has enough managers so looking for a new team

We’d love to have you! As Niv mentioned, the only way to get the team currently is by claiming it from the Claim Teams interface that he linked. (It doesn’t allow me to manually add a manager)
