Once [our payment stuff is sorted](https://community.ottoneu.com/t/cant-renew-football-teams/15515/16), you can start a league any time. If you start a $20 one now, you [don’t have to pay us again](https://community.ottoneu.com/t/new-leagues-started-after-july-1-get-the-remainder-of-the-season-for-free/15476) until January, 2027. What I would consider is posting to [the Managers Wanted forum](https://community.ottoneu.com/c/managers-wanted/12) and see if you can put together a list of interested players for the league settings you suggested. I have a feeling for a season-long FG Points league with weekly lineups, you should not have a ton of issues filling it out, though most leagues do not do weekly lineups.
