Why does a Roto league have playoffs?
In an effort to diversify my leagues I wanted to do something with weekly lineups and utilizing counting stats, however, Ottoneu doesn’t really allow that level of customization. The happy medium to me, particularly from the lens of a dynasty league was this fusion, and the hope folks feel more engaged for longer and raises the opportunities for the top 6 who make it to win it all. To me it feels a little more in line with a real baseball season. There are certainly tons of straight up Roto dynasty leagues out there- I like this wrinkle.
