Allow editing of playoffs teams

This might already be there later in year. This is my first year, so I do not know if I can manually change seeding and teams based on total points vs W-L record

Add more options to playoffs settings

Allow more options for playoff settings (allow commish to manually set playoff matchups if league wants an option that is not available). Example, some leagues give the two tops spots bye weeks and remaining spots are filled by record.
