I’m commissioner of a FG points league thinking about a slow draft using couchmanagers. If anyone has experience with this and can share any pain points, advice, that could be very helpful to us. A few owners have used a slow draft before but most of the league hasn’t. Thanks for any advice.

Question as I am setting up a couch managers for our league and apologies if I missed in thread. What do you do when couch managers doesn’t recognize a player? can we create that player or block that spot/update budge?

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and there’s a link that says “Need a player added? Click here.” They’re pretty quick about adding, usually.

We will be using a Couch Managers slow auction for our inaugural draft starting on/about March 3rd. My guess is that draft will take ~2 weeks to complete given 12 teams need to draft 40 players each.
My question is whether I should uncheck the “Use Auction Draft For This Season” box in Commish Settings now or instead set the Draft Date to a day after we expect our slow draft to end and then uncheck the box once our CM auction ends (which is what I think [this comment](https://community.ottoneu.com/t/couch-managers-recommendations/7056/19) is saying).

To make sure I dont mess this up, should I set our Draft Date in Ottoneu to something after when I expect our CM draft to end or does it not matter?

The draft date itself does not matter if you don’t plan on using the on-platform auction draft. I would really recommend either not setting it or doing a random Tuesday so that it doesn’t block someone who is doing an on-platform draft from scheduling on a more in-demand Saturday/Sunday.
