Dropping players 2nd to last day

Can I drop players on the last two days of the season?

I know all auctions must be completed by midnight of last day of season.

But can I still drop players on 10/4 and 10/5? Technically that would be starting an auction, but it’s not an auction that could be completed.

I have a bid or two in on players for auctions that won’t be ending until tomorrow or Wednesday the 5th, which if successful would put me over the cap. But I need to be able to make lineup changes so, just want to make sure i can drop someone if i have to.

Yes you can cut players up untl 11:59pm ET on the last day of the season. Those players cannot be auctioned. Players cut on the last day cannot be claimed on waivers.
