Give Yusei Kikuchi SP eligibility

Hi Niv,

Can we add Yusei Kikuchi to the player pool as a pitcher, instead of as a utility player? Small request, but I know this has been done for AJ Puk and Honeywell.

Once Yusei Kikuchi has a FanGraphs player profile, we will take the next steps to make sure he is SP-eligible. I imagine that will happen sometime in the next 6 weeks before Opening Day.
