It’s happened to me twice this year that managers have repeatedly submitted multiple identical trades to me on the same day. (So, multiple e-mails and multiple open trade offers within Ottoneu.) In the first case the manager said they only submitted once and “must have left the tab open or something.” I’m not sure about the second case but I doubt they made the same offer 4 times on purpose. Either way it’s kind of annoying. Maybe there could be a check against open offers to prevent duplicates?

I’ve been the source of such trade offers quite a few times. 
Usually a second errant mouse click on the “Confirm” button is the cause of the duplicate.
