New playoff and division options

This is a football-related thread and not a wishlist post. There is a football wishlist request for custom playoffs:

Add more options to playoffs settings

Allow more options for playoff settings (allow commish to manually set playoff matchups if league wants an option that is not available). Example, some leagues give the two tops spots bye weeks and remaining spots are filled by record.

If this gets addressed for football this season it will probably be looked at for baseball in the future as well.
