A number of us are seeing are teams not update in 836 after paying and I’ve heard anecdotally about this happening in a few other instances. Any idea on how to fix?
If you run into this problem, forward me your PayPal receipt (help@ottoneu.com). PayPal is usually pretty good but have been having some reports of this and it generally is PayPal not keeping up its end of the bargain on the payment flow.
