# Setting up a new bank account with Paydala

Love the extend option through winnings. One question I have and I can’t figure out… Probably a Paydala issue, but I can’t find it on their website. I want to add a new bank account for withdraw and I don’t see that as an option. Any ideas? Or should I contact their helpdesk?

This very obviously is a Paydala issue. Not sure why I even asked in this thread. Either way I’ll share what I find in the event that others have the same need. I’ve emailed their support team.

It has been relayed to me that Paydala does not at this time support users changing their bank account information. This might be on their roadmap down the line, but lower priority as I guess they don’t expect people to change their bank accounts that often.
**EDIT** I’ve just been informed by the Paydala CEO that the ability for users to add additional bank accounts is on their roadmap and in active development.
In the meantime, we do have a check option, and you can do team renewals out of your prize balance, so everyone has options.

Came here to say exactly this. They finally got back to me today. Seems a bit odd but I can roll with it.
