With the draft coming up soon, I was wondering when the prospects drafted and signed this year become added to the Ottoneu player pool?

They are added as they are signed, per the rules of the baseball player addition thread. You can visit [this thread](https://community.ottoneu.com/t/official-thread-for-fantasy-baseball-player-addition/208) and look at around June/July of last year to see how fast and furious they come.
