Ah yes. I knew this. Thanks for the refresher!

Is AJ Puk not going to have instant SP eligibility? We’ve known for months he was going to be in the rotation - are we going to lose all these stats because he hasn’t started a game yet?

I would really recommend re-reading the start of this thread, as well as all the text on the lineup page about this.

well, crap. thank you.

I definitely missed the post that i can actually put him in the SP slot even if he’s listed only as an RP.

Since Senga is listed as RP, is he not collecting stats when place in SP spot ?

Please read this thread. Please also read the text on the lineup page above where you place pitchers in the lineup.

A league member has Kodai Senga. His position eligibility has been RP, but I believe he has started five games this season. If he has him in the RP slot, will his stats count or not. Reading the rules we assume no.

I caught this today and want him to start getting credit if so. Apologies if this is a basic question.

Same note as my previous post in this thread

Is there any chance that Joe Boyle is granted RP eligibility soon? In 7 of his last 10 appearances he has come in as long relief.

I recommend reviewing the lineup page, this thread, and the rules about using a SP at RP.

Hey there … new to Ottoneu this year!!! … My appologies if this has already been addressed … but I was wondering why are SPs that were injured for all of 2025 and were SPs in 2024 and are coming back as an SP in 2026 are given an RP designation at the beginning of 2026? Pitchers that I have seen so far that fall into this category are Cole and Musgrove.

Check out this thread

I see that Reynaldo Lopez is listed as RP only. Is there a reason that he isn’t listed as a SP since he has only Started the last two years?

A great opportunity to bump this thread with the season less than a week away.
