I’m assuming this badge is for career finishes, and not just a single season, right?
Correct, it counts all career finishes. So for someone who has 12 leagues you’ve got a good chance…
Funny enough, I haven’t earned this badge yet. I have never finished in 11th place in over 40 ottoneu seasons.

I tried to get it all covered in this current season, but failed. Did manage to get 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 10th this year. Here’s my current dashboard, and below it are previous years with the missing 7th, 9th, 11th, and 12th.
