I do not recall that happening on a meaningful scale last year, though the fact that I can ask a question about a player and have their eligibility just change without explanation is not great.
I have no plans to ask about any other players unless they come up here.
Alright, I’m getting pretty annoyed with our data provider’s whimsical changing of position eligibilty. Starting next season we will have a lock date after which position eligibility will not be changed until the following off-season. I’ll look into how best to implement this and have more details ahead of the 2023-24 basketball season.
RIP center eligibility for Christian Wood. Wish our friends at Sportsradar wouldn’t have waited until the start of the season to suddenly change that.
