Seeing Jose De Leon so high is really surprising to me.

De Leon has the performance (and tantalizing projections), but scouts aren’t as sold on him.

I’m a big fan of Willy Adames and hated having to trade him to @DSpracale at the deadline this year, but it’s good to see him moving up the lists (#12 here).
