Probably a platoon bat (.364 wOBA vs RHP), but I really like Adam Frazier as a cheap sleeper heading into 2019. The 2B/OF versatility has value, and he maintained an ISO north of .220 in the 2nd half of last season (hard hit rate from 21.4% to 45.3%). He’s always been able to hit, but he’s started to walk a bit more and should have almost full playing time in PIT this season, and could even lead off. If you can scoop him up late in an draft for $3 he seems like a great buy to play off the bench all season long, with chance for some upside.
