Another question that pops up often is about the 60 day DL slots in Ottoneu. From the Rules page: “If a player is on the 60 day DL, an additional player can be added to the roster. However, the injured player still counts against the salary cap, and cap penalties will be enforced as normal for any transactions brought about by the player coming off the DL.
