This is my first time as commissioner. What do you do if an owner does not participate in arbitration?
You can seek a proxy manager to fill out arbitration and you can replace the manager who no longer is participating in the league.
Arbitration isn’t due until the 14th and half my league hasn’t done it yet so as always your first step should be talking to the person in question and checking in with them.
