Currently to determine if a league is OPL-eligible, you need to navigate to the League Settings page. If someone were to want to scrape data for only OPL-eligible leagues (ahem), this would required more than double the URL calls versus if this information were simply available on the Browse League page, which should allow for (and hopefully encourage!) more limited scraping.
