Can commish change another team's name?

I guess I imagined this, but I thought there was a way for a commissioner to change another team’s name via the commish tools. Am I off my rocker? Thanks,

Thanks Niv for the kind offer. This is a league punishment for 2022 last place… The rest of us renamed his team. We are announcing it on our draft night.

I’m sure you have better things to do, and I’m also pretty sure the owner will just change it himself once we tell him. I had just thought I could do it for no fuss and no muss.

In short, thanks again, but I’m betting that he’ll just change his name on his own.
