Recently have taken over a team with another co-owner and neither of us seem to have access to the team, even though we show up as owners on the team page.
I’ve cleared cache on both my phone and desktop but still no luck.

So, not sure what is going on here. It does look like the team is yours. Why is the first screenshot in a private browser window and the second screen shot not in a private window?
Ah, something, somewhere in the bowels of Ottoneu, was cached. I have fixed it and this should now be working ok for you.
