Can't change lineup

I’m randomly not able to change lineups. When I click on the green button to move a player nothing happens. I’ve tried refreshing several times and even updated chrome. Anyone else having this problem?

Edit: Looks like other pages are affected as well. I can’t start an auction on a player from their player page by hitting the green START AUCTION button.

Edit 2: same problem when using the Edge browser.
