Our league was thinking of switching from a 4-team to a 6-team playoff format. Is it too late (Aug 30) to make that change for this year?

I think generally after your draft the site won’t let you make those changes. Look at Commish Tools and see if those options are grayed out. If they are, let me know and link me to your league and I’ll get it changed.
