We had a new owner join the league, and we wanted to give him the opportunity to make cuts before the draft (which is tonight). I made the cuts via the Remove Player feature in Commish tools about an hour ago. When I look at league finances, it says that he has $215 in free cap space. But in the draft room, it says he has -$63.
