I am temporarily disabling Paydala withdrawals while I get some clarity on why we’re seeing an increased number of failures.

The digital bank transfer option has been re-enabled. The issue has been resolved.

I’ve received a few questions about how to pay for your team out of your prize balance. All you have to do is renew your team. A pop-up will appear that gives you the option to pay out of your prize balance.

Paying for team out of prizes

This is going live shortly. Available balance considers any prize money and refunds you’ve been given, as well as any other teams you’ve paid for. We are out of checks to send for the month of October. Internet transfer is re-enabled and available, and our check availability will reset on November 1.

I submitted my prize transfer request on Thursday, October 10 with confirmation email. I haven’t received anything to my account (it is the same account I used to submit the funds).

I know there is some variability in processing, but I wanted to flag it since I recall the usual processing time being 2-4 business days.

Monday being a bank holiday has resulted in a 2-3 day delay. The first withdrawals showed up today. Once you withdraw it’s just a question of your bank and its speed within the financial system. An annoying answer I know, but the money will show up.

Thanks, Niv - hadn’t thought of the bank holiday and also wasn’t in doubt that it would be resolved either way. Really appreciate all of your effort in building what has been a very smooth process.

I selected the cheque option a few weeks when the withdrawl first became available. I have not received anything in the mail yet. Is that because cheques ran out/should i expect it soon if cheques are now available in November again?
