Thanks for the invite MaqiunaVerde. At this late stage I couldnā€™t convince even a couple of those that I mentioned were in previously. Once that first league idea fell through they were no longer open.

Also I was not getting notifications from the forum, so I completely missed the replies after me. So I also thought this was a no-go.

So I am going to sign up, but first can you guys clarify a few things? As I mentioned, i havent done Ottoneu before. Is this going to be a keeper/dynasty league? How many spots do we have left? And where should I go to read up on the league rules?

pushed it back another day til 3/26 7pm eastern. we are only 1/4 full at this point but i am advertising on reddit r/findaleague and rotoworld forums. i think typically a lot of people join up the day before opening day, so iā€™m still hoping. if the league doesnā€™t fill, then ottoneu refunds your money (within the day in my experience) and the league dissolves. here is a link to the rules:

we will have a 10 games per week start limit and arbitration in the offseason

yeah its a dynasty league with a $400 in season budget and $2 inflation per year for mlb players, $1 per year for minor leaguers, 40 roster spots

If this doesnā€™t get off the ground keep us all posted. I would be open to something creative in the interest of getting a league going when we have a little more time to coordinate. One idea I had was that we use the All Star break to conduct a prospect draft/auction. We would all have the ability to fill a certain number of roster spots with minor leaguers only. So this way we all can start to be vested in the league this season, and then also our inaugural draft next Feb/March wonā€™t take as long. Open to other creative ideas as well if needed.

Good luck getting this one filled/drafted. I wish I had 8 hours to spare over the next two nights!
