The best place to go to meet and talk to other Ottoneu players is on the Ottoneu Slack Community. If you search it up in the forum you should be able to find it. One of us can help you find it too if you need help!

If you want to start a beginner’s only league, you should post here with the league settings you’d like to use and see if anyone else wants to join it.
Asking if a forum is “dead” is counter-productive and sort of incoherent, imo.
Slack is full of experienced Ottoneu managers, but this is the best place to find other beginners, since they are probably not in Slack yet and are just checking out the latest posts. Lurking, if you will.
