Change to two-way players starting in the 2023 season

Ottoneu managers currently have to choose between receiving hitting stats or pitching stats from two-way players such as Shohei Ohtani on days they pitch, depending on if they are placed in the Util slot or a SP slot. However MLB introduced the “Ohtani rule” just before the start of this season, which allows players to both start at pitcher and be the designated hitter and remain in at DH even after being replaced at pitcher.
