iOS 12 with iPad, possibly after last update, cuts off links to Lineup and other pages. In vertical mode, you can just scroll to the hidden tabs. In horizontal mode, the bounds of scrolling are too tight to access the two tabs on each end. The attached screenshot shows the furthest I can scroll, with the lineups tab still obscured.

That list of links does a seamless scroll, but like you said it sometimes loads without room on the left—cutting off lineups a little and not letting it scroll all the way over.
It used to happen all the time in one of my leagues, but not the others. Although I don’t see it anywhere today.
