We got a fresh player universe because of this:

Default RP eligibility for minor league pitchers

Going forward (i.e., starting tomorrow), players in the Ottoneu player universe will receive a default ‘RP’ eligibility if our data provider indicates they are only a pitcher and they have not earned any other eligibilities. This was already true for major league players; it is now true for minor league players as well.
