I’m confused. It’s a private league. And we have instituted a League fee of $200 per team and have Top 3 payouts… all done privately.

You didn’t share a link to the league, and oftentimes people promote non-Ottoneu leagues here which is not allowed, so I am not sure what exactly is confusing. You at no point made it clear this was an Ottoneu league.
