Was today a deadline for GMs to renew ? I have had a few kicked out due to non payment, I think. Can they come back in if they renew and pay ?

The deadline is 1/31 every year. You can see this on your dashboard. If you are a Commissioner you can also see when teams expire under Commish Tools → Current Owners.
If anyone wants their team back, they should go here:
