Probably close to 2-3 hours

For first-year leagues drafting earlier in August, I recommend setting a hard stop at 2 hours and then filling out the rest of your rosters using in-season 24 hour auctions. You’ll get to the big names in the live draft and then focus on filler pieces in the in-season auctions.
