I do not see any indication that Rocker has officially signed yet but I may have missed it. For anyone who want someone drafted to be added, a link to a signing announcement is a requirement.
So I hate to be pedantic, but this headline and article says “agreeing to a deal” but not “signed” - this is a little different and I’ve run into problems in the past where someone agreed and then backed out before signing and should not have been added to the player pool as a result.
I doubt that is going to happen for Kumar Rocker but I need an article that has the verb “sign” (can’t be that far away) because of this precedent.
