This draft tracker on MLB is probably even more helpful than the transactions page. Go to draft history and you can see if they’ve officially signed. If they are signed, their signing bonus will be filled in.

Keep in mind as well that once guys start playing minor league ball, they will automatically get added. You really want to focus on people you want to start auctions for this fall. Everyone else will be there in the spring and you won’t have to out your own interest in them.
