Please add a link to the signing announcement. Agreed to terms does not count, as Kumar Rocker agreed to terms and then never signed.
This is better than Rocker who I guess never passed his physical, but yeah, I’ll hold off for now.

On the desktop website, if their “signing bonus” is filled in (not just their pick value obviously), then they’ve signed and then you can go bother Niv. On mobile, you have to click on each player’s dropdown individually but still helpful.

The Kumar Rocker saga really made this process a lot more cautious than it used to be.
The Hacopian announcement has absolutely no details and doesn’t look like a confirmation to me. The Cholowsky announcement similarly is not fully concrete.
The standard is a lot higher now, because adding a player to the player pool, having auctions started for that player, and then having to remove that player from the player pool is just not a good scene for anyone.

Personally, I think it’s easier to just watch the literal transactions page as the signings roll in. Once they show up, as some draftees have over the last few days (including first rounders), you can click through to a player page and it shows they are signed.

It looks like FanGraphs is starting to assign minor league IDs for some of these guys, so they are automatically being added to the player universe without any manual intervention.
Hacopian and Cholowsky are in the system now. There may be others - be sure to search!
UPDATE: I currently don’t see AJ Gracie but I do see Carter Beck. I don’t see Grady Emerson, so this isn’t entirely the wild west, and I’ll see if I can confirm the criteria for when these guys are getting assigned IDs from FG.

Alright - we have college players who were drafted in 2026 in our player pool. I imagine most of these guys will be signed, so it should be ok, but just fair warning that I may need to remove a player if they do not eventually sign.
Going forward, we will not be adding college players who were drafted to our player pool unless they have explicitly signed.
