OPL Eligibility Bug

I am seeing two of my first-year league teams as eligible for OPL entry. Both have an “Enter” button active on the OPL page. The leagues are 1575 and 1623. I did not click to see if I can actually enter the teams. Both are currently in 1st place…so maybe some sort of weird bug.

I’ve fixed the check for if a league is new, and I believe teams in new leagues should no longer be able to enter OPL.
