Is there anyway to separate prize leagues? Really cool either way!
Technically, yes I could separate them. The reason I don’t is mostly because many $20 standard leagues handle prizes outside of ottoneu, so trying to separate prize leagues from non-prize leagues isn’t possible without a fair amount of manual work on my end, and it’s not worth bothering.

Also, is there way to separate leagues with daily lineups from those with weekly lineups?
Weekly lineups will generally be at a disadvantage in counting stats as it is much more difficult to max out games played due to injuries/benchings/etc.
