A manager messaged me 5 min after the deadline with a list of players he wants to cut. I am getting an error when I try to remove the players from his team.

You should follow up with Niv re: the error, in case something is up, but the easiest thing to do is go commish tools –> current managers and check the P-F cuts box for that team. that will let that manager make one round of cuts from the Cut Players page.
