Owners will be permitted to make any roster cuts without penalty.
Some additional context:

The league was started among college friends nearly 10 years ago and certain original owners have been replaced by other avid fantasy players, making it a pretty diverse group at this point.

It is an active league with a good number of trades each year and pretty deep prospect ownership. All owners were quite active last year except for one (one of the departing owners). The other departing owner needed to cut down on his number of leagues.

Lineups are set weekly for this league. 2021 auction date TBD.
