We just had a change of a team ownership in our league. The new manager requested a round of Penalty Free Cuts, though it seems that PFC are not (yet?) part of the Ottoneu Basket infrastructure.
Combing through discussions on the forum, I recommended to my league that the new owner receive PFC manually if the site did not provide them automatically.
Are Penalty Free Cuts the norm in season, even after auction, or are they just a pre-auction feature by default? Are they coming to the Basket infrastructure?

They are the norm for team manager changes in-season
Not in the near term but eventually they will be part of both football and basketball
