Player not auto-benched

We’re a few innings into the Philly game today 7/30 and Kepler is not starting, but he was not benched even though I have auto bench on. Not able to replace him in my lineup. Losing this week anyway, but figured I’d raise the issue

Oh maybe it was a late scratch after the lock?

Here is all the text on the lineup page next to the autobench toggle:

“Based on lineup projections. Uses Gm 1 of DHs. Benching may occur after the MLB scheduled start time. Late scratches may not be benched. Debuts may be benched. Use at your own risk.”
