Rookie-only drafts?

Has there been any discussion to have rookie only drafts? Like having last place team get 1st pick, and only draft eligible players are incoming rookies?

I feel like that would make this even better than it already is. Maybe there’s a reason it is the way it currently is. It’s my first year here, and seeing college kids on fantasy teams is a bit strange

One of the core principles of Ottoneu is that every single player’s salary is determined by the market. Drafts are inherently opposed to this principle, so Ottoneu will not be adding any sort of non-auction drafts to any sport.
