Roster Organizer should decrease max roster size when moving 60IL player to CUT

Thanks for the great improvements to the Roster Organizer!
One issue I noticed is that when I move a 60IL player to the CUT section, I see the current roster size decrease by 1, but not the max roster size. I think it would be helpful to also decrease the max roster size by 1, which is what will happen when that player is actually cut. Thanks!

Cutting players who add roster spots now results in your available roster spots decreasing.
