Someone is marked as cannot draft as we're in draft

league 263 owner Vickery Chicken is unable to check box for i’m done with draft and he never clicked it.

figured it out sorry for the alarm.

Just for anyone who sees this:

Turn off “require nominations” (Commish Tools → Auction Draft)
Uncheck “Done w Draft” for the manager (Commish Tools → Current Managers)
