True or False: A draft cannot be started before its scheduled time but it can be started once that time passes.
For example, most in our league can make a 6PM draft but don’t want to start any later than that. The proposed solution is set it for 5:30 - not 6 - and then start it once everyone arrives, realizing that some might not be online until sometime after 5:30 but before 6.
