Subsequent cuts don't trigger confirmation modal

I cut a player from my team, and then realized I should cut another (not needed, just because). I clicked cut for the second player and got the modal screen for what the penalty would be–no confirmation screen. I didn’t realize I hadn’t actually cut them until I saw them on my lineups page a few minutes later.

I was able to recreate this by going in and cutting the guy I was going to cut, and then trying it again with another player. This is all I got:

The request response looks normal too?
