How to handle Rays "openers"?

Let’s say I own Jalen Beeks. He doesn’t technically start his games, but he pitches 5 innings and is in line for the win. He seems to be functioning as a starting pitcher, even if he’s not that in name. So do I play him in the SP or the RP slot? This thread covers pitcher usage and how Ottoneu Fantasy Baseball and real-life are aligned. As a quick reminder: pitcher eligibility does not matter in terms of preventing you from putting a pitcher in a slot, and the slot you put a pitcher in has to align with how they are used in real life. Openers are just starters that can’t (or don’t, if we’re being generous) go through the lineup more than once.
